He helped grow Shopback, a leading rewards and discovery platform in Asia Pacific, to 7 different countries and grew the engineering team from 4 to 60. Later, he joined Amazon working on both services and Natural Language Understanding (NLU) models to help customers make smarter purchase decision with Alexa.
